Mother's Day

Visit the site of one of the current land-use actions on Cougar Mountain that will affect hikers. Hike part of the Licorice Fern Trail before exploring part of the King County's recently purchased DeLeo Farm property. Visit the Big Cedar, the bike-a-drome and other highlights. We will be walking on a combination of good King County Park trails, paved streets, old farm roads, motor bike paths and easy off-trail segments. The map for the day is the Green Trails Cougar Mountain/ Squak Mountain #203S. (Most of the trails are not on this map.) The leader's phone number on the morning of the hike is (425) 394-8244.
