Join Stan Wood of Eastside Audubon on a morning bird walk at Lake Sammamish State Park. Depending upon the amount of participation it may be necessary to break up into more than one group. If this occurs it may be necessary to delegate someone who is familiar with the park as an additional walk leader.

Meeting Location: Tibbetts Beach Parking Lot at Lake Sammamish State Park. NOTE: Discover Pass required. The group will meet in the parking row by the lot entrance.

Additional Information: Your safety is of paramount importance to Eastside Audubon. The following COVID-19 safety protocols apply for this bird walk:

  • The walk is limited to those vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • This event is entirely outdoors, mask wearing is optional but welcomed.

  • Participants are required to self-assess prior to the walk and must not attend if they have any COVID related symptoms (e.g. elevated temperature) or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks.

  • The trip leader is fully vaccinated.
