The IATC values diversity, inclusion, and equity for our community in the Issaquah Alps and everywhere.

We stand in solidarity with our fellow nonprofit organizations whose work supports equity and justice for all.

The IATC recognizes systemic barriers and exclusion that exist in our outdoor recreation communities. As part of our 2021 - 2026 strategic plan (coming soon) we will work with local non-profits and community organizations to promote equal and inclusive access to the outdoors for all.
