IATC continues to collaborate with the City of Issaquah and the People for Climate Action Issaquah to educate and engage the public about the impacts of climate change and the importance of advocating for actions to reduce carbon emissions and support healthy forests in and surrounding Issaquah.


Community Convening on Climate

In July 2020, IATC partnered with the City and partner organizations to co-host a two-part virtual event including businesses, environmental groups, resources managers, educational institutions, students and others to have discussions that will help identify recommendations to the City of Issaquah and community leaders for a course of action to address climate change.
