Located along the I-90 corridor, Cougar Mountain is the gateway to Issaquah. The Northeast corner of Cougar Mountain contains mature forest, ravines with creeks and riparian wildlife just minutes from the valley floor. Our goal is to create a unique open space instead of a large residential development. Once preserved, the mature forest could be home to a network of low elevation trails including paths on flat terrain suitable for small children. Also, this property could become one of the missing links that will one-day connect the Issaquah Alps with Lake Sammamish...
