RECOMMENDS $.15/MILE GAS, MINIMUM OF $1.00, CONTRIBUTION TO THE DRIVER

Hike Classifications

* Each hike has a number and letter designation. Numbers indicate hiking time and letters indicate elevation gain.

Hiking Time

Class 1: 2 hours
Class 2: 4 hours
Class 3: 6 hours
Class 4: 8 hours

These are approximate hiking times and do not include travel time to and from the trailhead.

Elevation Gain

A: Little or no elevation gain, up to 500 feet.

B: Some climbing, up to 1,200 feet, or some other difficulty.

C: More climbing, up to 2,500 feet, or some other difficulty.

D: Much climbing, over 2,500 feet of elevation gain.

This is an estimate of elevation gain.
