Perseid Meteor Shower peak

Hike steeply at times, the Cold Creek/Twin Lakes and Mount Catherine Trails to the rocky top of Mount Catherine. This abandoned airway beacon site has great 360 degree views, weather permitting. We'll pass the one remaining Twin Lake enroute. In general the trails are in good condition, with some brushy sections above Twin Lake. 85 miles roundtrip drive to the trailhead, with 5 of those miles on a gravel road. The map for the day is the Green Trails Snoqualmie Pass Gateway #207S.The leader's phone number on the morning of the hike is (425) 394-8244.
